How to Retrieve Backup Sync Files

How to locate the backup sync files on your tablet?

1. Go to the Home Screen of your iPad
2. Swipe down from anywhere on the Home Screen
3. Tap the Search field and enter "Files"
4. Tap on the Files App
5. Inside the Files App, tap "On My iPad" from the left sidebar
6. Tap on the ixmultiasset Folder
7. Tap on the InspectionData Folder
8. Inside, you will see the folders of the backup sync files for every asset that you inspected

How to upload the backup sync files to the support team?

Google Drive

1. Download and install the Google Drive App on your tablet
2. Sign into Google Drive with your gmail account.
3. Go back to the Files App
4. Locate the asset that you want to upload the backup files for
5. Tap and hold on the asset folder
6. Tap Share from the menu bar
7. Tap on Save to Google Drive
8. Once the folder is successfully uploaded, copy the link and email it to support@inspectx.app

Dropbox

1. Sign up for a free Dropbox account (https://www.dropbox.com/basic)
2. Download and install the Dropbox App on your tablet
3. Sign into Dropbox with the free account that you just created.
4. Go back to the Files App
5. Locate the asset that you want to upload the backup files for
6. Tap and hold on the asset folder
7. Tap Share from the menu bar
8. Tap on Save to Dropbox
9. Once the folder is successfully uploaded, copy the link and email it to support@inspectx.app
