Maintenance Items

How to Add a Maintenance Item

  1. Add your inspection to the Working Set.

  2. Go to the Working Set Section

  3. Under Operations, tap on the Inspect icon to start offline data collection.

  4. Go to the Inspection Section.

  5. Tap on the Maintenance Subpage from the sidebar menu.

  6. Tap on the Add Work Item button.

  7. Fill out the Add Maintenance Form.

  8. Tap on Add Photos to attach photos to the maintenance item. You can either take a live photo or upload photo(s) from the tablet gallery.

  9. Tap Finish to add the maintenance item.

  10. Once added, the maintenance item will be displayed on the screen, color-coded in green.
