How to Add an Element Defect

Add your inspection to the Working Set.
Go to the Working Set Section
Under Operations, tap on the Inspect icon to start offline data collection.
Go to the Elements Section.
Find the element you wish to add a defect to and tap on the Add Defect icon.
Step 1 - Fill out the Defect Properties form by selecting a defect type and enter the Condition State (CS) Quantities.
Step 2 - Tap the Photos section to add photo(s) for the defect. (optional)
Step 3 - Tap the Comment section to add any description for the defect. (optional)
Tap Finish to add the defect.
Once added, the defect will be displayed on the screen, color-coded in green.
